Our model

We do not build apartments, and we do not build larger group living accommodations. 

 

We only build houses, with each house designed to accommodate a maximum of two residents. 

 

We have strict criteria for selecting land on which to build our homes to ensure accessibility and, all homes are located in established areas. 

 

We also have strict design criteria in which we exceed SDA requirements to make sure our houses provide people with disability the same choices and controls as people without disability.

 

We work in partnership with SDA Managers and SIL providers to build quality homes.
