Our houses are engineered for the people they are designed to support.
We only build homes, and all our homes are designed to have a maximum of two individuals as tenants.

Our houses are designed to remove obstacles for people to live safely and independently. They are designed so people can:
Feel supported and be independent
(ADA compliant dishwashers, the latest assistive technologies, adjustable counter tops, single touch door opening)
Feel safe and secure
(maximum of two people, fire sprinklers, houses that will attract the highest quality carers)
Have choice and control over when to be sociable
(more space with larger than normal footprints of 200sqm, two separate living spaces, accessible to established communities)
Feel comfortable and respected in their environment
(skylights and cathedral ceilings to fill space with natural light, outdoor areas and patios, timber floors)
Feel at home, with a sense of pride in where they live
(additional storage so people can have their belongings, two separate living spaces, parking space for friends and family)
