passionate about
property with purpose
Passion is established from three attributes…
1. Establish heritage,
not a ‘new player’
With more than 100 years of property and investment experience, we have built a reputation for being passionate about property in Australia…
…and with more than $2 billion invested in property, we have the size and scale to operate in complex markets without losing sight of what really matters - the people who call our houses their homes.
2. Applying passion to SDA,
establish commitment
We now have the privilege of bringing our expertise to Specialist Disability Accommodation. We work in partnership with SDA Managers and SIL providers to build quality homes.
We are committed to developing 400 uniquely tailored SDA homes by 20XX.
3. Confirm locality
and longevity
Our investors are Australian individuals and families, and they are in this with us for the long-term.
Our focus is on long-term property growth above short-term returns. For us, this dedicated portfolio is about more than just building homes - it is about realising our passion through purpose.
1. We are
location focussed
We carefully select individual blocks of land in established suburbs (that are close to family, friends and amenity), prioritise quieter streets (not busy roads and highways) and find level, accessible blocks.
4. We invest for
the long-term.
We want our homes to stand the test of time – so, we work with the best people in the industry from our builders to our project managers and specialist disability sector advisors.
2. We are
people focussed
We want our homes to play a meaningful role in the lives of people who choose to live there. Our bespoke houses have a maximum of two residents and are larger than most (450sqm, two separate living spaces, extra storage etc). We also prioritise the finer details that enhance safety, security and liveability (ADA compliant dishwashers, fire sprinklers, skylights, parking spaces etc).
3.We focus on
long-term connection
We focus on longevity in everything we do. Longevity of relationship with SDA agencies, longevity of residency for people who call our houses home and longevity of staff engagement for people who call our houses their workplaces. This benefits everyone, not just financially, but from a social and emotional perspective too…that is what a home should do.
Property with purpose has five attributes…
Our build quality and features ensures our houses can adapt to help those who call them their workplace to provide the care and support their clients want. .
5. We are carer focussed
